The World Environment Day 5th June 2015 Media workshop

 

The World Environment Day  celebration  by PRATIBHA FOUNDATION 5^th June 2015          

Seven Billion Dreams. One Planet. Consume with Care”                             

Pratibha Foundation organized a special  meeting to sensitize Media representatives on  WORLD ENVIRONMENT day theme ,  and facilitated opportunities  for deeper knowledge and understanding on the environmental  issues .

Mr Anil Madhav Dave Environmentalist and Member of Parliament chair the meeting and encouraged the media to facilitate wider awareness and action in people towards environment protection. He shared the global perspective on the problem and emphasized on the local actions at every individual level towards protecting and sustaining the ecological balance .He suggested everyone to  take charge and build the environment ,

Mr Manu Srivastava  Managing Director  Madhya Pradesh Urja Vikas Nigam  shared very useful information  on the current  environment challenges and theory of change  and need of the hour to adopt the alternative energy sources . He elaborated the state Govt s various initiatives on the alternative energy.

Mr Suresh Chouksey Chairman LNCT group addressed the gathering and requested Media   to play a key role in sensitizing the masses on the Environment issues. 

Mr Ambrish Chouksey Chairman PRATIBHA FOUNDATION emphasized on responsive act in utilizing resources in day to day life by Rethink, Reduce the need , Reuse , and Recycle the resources . He said everyone has to take charge to protect mother earth and all natural resources we have in our life .

A large no of Media representative and public relation officials participated in the meeting.
